topic: talking about stories about seniors / juniors
nagi: before we begin, regarding how we got so close, i think it was still my first year in the group? i invited marino-san to go to disney with me the night before christmas
marino: on christmas eve
nagi: it was really late, too, like past midnight? i learned that i'll have christmas off that very night, and so i'm thinking of wanting to do something on that day, but it feels lonely to be alone. so i invited out marino-san, then she gave me an OK, though many things happened...
marino: things certainly did, like how we were unable to get any tickets...
nagi: christmas day disney is so hard to get! we were so frantic about it, marino-san was the only one able to get a ticket
nagi: and i was really freaking out lie, "i can't let marino-san go all by herself!" though i'm sure that marino-san is perfectly able to do things herself. i worked hard and then was able too... from there we grew really close, don't we? we started going to many different places, visiting each other's places... so, what about you? do you remember what was your impression of me?
marino: you're a very friendly girl, nagi-chan. you're very good at finding your way into a senior's heart. i'm not good with that, so i really feel jealous about it! i found such junior to be cute!
nagi: for us 3ki members, even though marino-san is a 2ki member, our age are quite close. the oldest in our gen is her age. so our distance feels more like... friends. she's so kind we can talk about really trivial things. my impression of you is that you are someone who kindly treats all of her juniors
marino: i'm very happy to hear that, thank you very much
nagi: for "my cool senior" story... about yamasaki ten, who is my age despite being my senior, when i first entered the group i called her with the "-sama" suffix. even though we are on the same age, she really feels like "my onee-sama", as such, she have always lead the 3ki with this "come, follow me!" energy that made us go "ten-sama!"
nagi: then right after it was announced that we, 3ki, will be doing our own gen concert... ten-sama-- oops, i ended up calling her that way, but ten-sama sent a message to each of us. at the time we were really struggling with our rehearsal, even wondering if we could learn everything in time, and then she came delivering gifts for us and such. it hasn't been a year since shinzanmono, and we were given the chance to perform such an event, but she was concerned about us and delivered gifts and snacks. she even came to the practice place to encourage us. she truly showed why she deserves to be called with "-sama", and i thought that i should follow her for life. she's such a cool senior who treats all her juniors equally
marino; she sure is cool!
nagi: ten-san, you're so cool!
marino: then as for my "my junior is so cute" story... though it is not as solid of a story as nagi-chan's...
nagi: ehhh dw dw!!
marino: the junior i want to talk about is... endo riko-chan! about two months ago, i dyed my hair for the first time, from black to brown. and just so happen, the day after i had work with all of the members. at the time, a lot of members gave me compliment, but riko-chan especially went "marino-san, you look REALLY cute!" for a whole day!
nagi: i can totally see her doing that
marino: everyone generally only said it once or twice, but she said that to me every time we meet! "you're so cute! i'm sorry i keep saying this to you!" she said it so much she apologized for it, and that was really cute. but actually, she didn't stop just on that day. when we do photoshoot, she even said, "you always look so cute no matter when i see you!". i became so shy that, as i hide my face, i went "you can stop that!"
nagi: but in truth, you feel really happy about it
marino: yeah! i found her to be such a cute junior. like as we spend many days together, i'm sure that saying something like that becomes something difficult to say to either senior or junior as we become more shy about it. but she's able to convey that praise as it is, which is something that don't happen often, it made me think of how she is such a cute junior
nagi: riko certainly feels like a puppy. she would just takes off and speak to you at so close of a distance there might as well be none. when she notice a change, she would be quick to mention it to them, but i didn't know that she would continue doing that even until some other day!
marino; you can just see the tail wagging behind her back
nagi: IKR! the features of her face already look like a dog, she really is so puppy-like. so cute! adorable! what a wonderful story!
nagi: then, please allow me to share a cool story about marino-san! she pretty much hates all animal, she gets nervous when coming across a rather big dog in a cafe that allows one, so rarely touch an animal so she doesn't know how to interact with it. when i went to visit marino-san's place for the first time, we had this all-night long energy, eating donuts together while watching our past performance videos. we stayed up until six or seven in the morning, and we gotten hungry so we decided to go to a convenience store.
nagi: when we went, there was a pigeon that just stand at the entrance without moving. it was a big pigeon, so big even i was unsure to approach it. at the time i said, "let's just go home" but marino-san just kept going and approach the pigeon and sent it flying off. because of marino-san, we were able to enter the convenience store and sate our hunger! there are so many things that make her so cool here. one of which is how she protected me, even though i didn't say how scared i am, she stood in front of me boldly. it made me think of how i will follow you for life
marino: i see, so you mentioned that story instead
nagi: you remember it!? it remains so vivid in my mind
marino; yeah, it was quite memorable
nagi: ofc i have a lot of stories
marino: that one hasn't been revealed tho
