OP talk: nagi shared that she recently was going to play gachapon with yuzu after work. she doesn’t like to take chances and much rather pay whole for the item + think she’s someone unlucky, so she rarely plays gachapon and limits herself to only playing until a certain amount. but as she went around with yuzu, she happened to find a cute “the little prince”s keychain gacha that she really wanted. she ended up pulling like 10x in total, because she specifically want a blue one but keep pulling different varieties to the point that she basically have all variant. she split it with yuzu and shared some with other members as well
rika mentioned that 3ki talks a lot as they travel in shinkansen / bus for the tour. nagi and yu were seated several rows behind her and yet she still can hear them conversing and laughing, “and i was like, ‘they sure are having fun’”
nagi: wth!? we were riding a 1,5 hours long bus ride at the time, and you telling me that you heard us the whole time?
rika: rika did so i think everyone else probably did too

OP talk
nagisa: i was in tennis club for 3 years in middle school, and during summer vacation there used to be club activities from the morning. even on days where there isn’t one, me and my club mates would borrow a court and practice together. i also took tennis lessons, so tennis was all that i do all day! it was such a good memory, pretty much my strongest one!
what i especially remember was how, when i was in my 1st year of middle school, there as this tennis training camp in summer. we went to sugadaira kogen in nagano, and for about a week spend every day filled with tennis! it wa conducted by my school, joined by all grades up to the 2nd year of high schoolers. i was able to practice with powerful middle and high school players, at the end we enjoyed fireworks together. we ate BBQ together at night. there were so many people, a few dozens. my big brother was there too, and i hung out with his friends too.
there were also seniors who are 4 years older than me, watching how cool they are. and the female seniors were super kind to us middle schoolers, they said things like “don’t push yourself!”. it was the first time i experienced the warmth of the seniors, and made me want to be such a senior in the future
we grilled an unbelievable amount of meat, and also made yakisobe at the end of it. this only happened when i was in first year of middle school though, as the advisor teacher changed the next year. instead of summer camp, they brought in a coach frm tokyo for an intensive 3 days training. we had to carry things while running, it was really tough! but i think that the result of that training is now showing as i dance sakurazaka songs.
i was so much more muscular back then! obviously so, huh, when i trained every day. this summer, i’ll try to bulk up for the sake of the group’s dancing. i’m not kidding. i already made a “kojima nagisa bulk up plan”, and i’ve been going out on doing morning run! i’ve been hitting the gypm too! so i hope that you can look forward to it!
yuzu: i have something to say… you were just talking about muscles, right? recently, something funny happened. we are doing a nationwide tour right now, and we members oftent ake pictures of each other as we commemorate the regions that we are visiting…
and because it’s hot, but i’ve been wearing short sleeves. i took pictures with the regional mascots, and i’ve been told, “your arm i so muscular”, even though i was just hugging it normally! but when i look at the pictures, i would say, “sorry, my arms look muscular, so can you take me from this angle instead?”. idols normally would think more about the angle of their face or the direction of lights, but recently i’ve been paying attention to my arms instead. don’t you think that the members of this group tend to have muscular arms?
nagi: no, i don’t get any muscles
yuzu: nagi might be the only member not to have it
nagi: all of my genmates in 3ki have quite muscular arms, a sakurazaka has a lot of intense dancing including the arms
yuzu: ofc, we are nowhere near the l;eve; pf those who routinely go to the gym and such, but we still get excited about it. as we gained more muscle than we thought we would. though it has become a source of worry for me. while i don’t mind it when dancing, but it become apparent when wearing costume and such
nagi: i still feel jealous. i love yuzu’s muscles
yuzu: sometimes she ask me to show it to her
nagi: those are my goals. i want to be (muscular) just like the other members
yuzu: right, it’s not like i want to lose them either
yuzu said they recently served hamburg bento for the miiguri, and she just picked one and saved it for dinner later. but when she opened it, it turned out to be a potato. apparently the hamburg was so popular it ran out, all that was left was potatoes drenched in hamburg sauce. yuzu loves potatoes so she doesn’t mind, but she was mentally prepared for meat, so she felt embarrassed for not realizing that it’s not actually meat for soo long. she still enjoyed it though!

reina shared how the truth is she often gets confused on left / right, especially when she gets suddenly asked about it, which she believes will make her a dangerous driver. she also realized that her left would be the other person’s right, and she always wonder if when asked, a person would mean their right or her left
reina argues that the atrium of the heart, left and right atrium will always be that way inside your body, so she suggest that people should start using it instead like, “go straight down the road, and then turn to the right as per your right atrium”
nagi: that’s gross… do you think murayama miu-chan would understand something like that?
reina: if i only say “to my left” will you understand that?
nagi: yes?
reina: but we can use “you hold your chopsticks with the side where your right atrium is” instead
nagi: this is so gross! and none of the staff even gets it!
reina: think about it carefully!
nagi: that’s out of line!
reina: i thought about this for 3 days
nagi: think about other topics!
reina: when i told my friends, they said it won’t work because there are people whose heart are on the right side. but i thought about this based on my heart
nagi: i agree with your friend. in the end, it doesn’t make a difference, right? but it’s true that whenever we are doing dance lessons and the dancers say, “raise your right hand first”, she would always raise the other hand
reina: that is why i always tie a hairband around my right hand, so i know that is the right
nagi: i see! so that’s why you always wear one there!
reina said that her brother’s basis of thinking is “love and peace”. for example, when reina ask his opinion or something, he would ask, “does that have any love in it?”. nagi said he’s someone funny, men usually go to the gym, but he does pilates instead. since reina has a stiff body, nagi told her to go do pilates too, but reina said she doesn’t get what pilates do to the body
reina said she, itoha, and mio have stiff bodies. nagi said she too, she’s just good at hiding it, that’s why when they are stretching together she always picks somewhere at the back. riko and ten, who have flexible body, are always at the front. despite having stiff body, itoha also always pick somewhere at the front
reina said she did take lessons to make her body more flexible, but she realized that she will never be as flexible as other people, so she quit. her brother has been doing pilates for about a year, and she doesn’t think that he have been flexible, instead he told her how he have grown taller
reina: but my brother said that it’s not because of pilates, but become he has been living with the belief that he is someone tall
nagi: yeah no, most def thanks to the pilates
reina: so i think that if i live my life thinking that i have a flexible body, i might will have it too
nagi: what a family… i suppose reina is the way you are because of your bro?
reina: yeah
nagi: well, i think it’s great that you two gets along well
reina: nagi’s family is fun too, right? you often chat with your mom and dad
nagi: yeah, my dad loves to chat. there were several occasions where we spent 6 hours just talking in the living room
reina: ??? what did you two even talk about?
nagi: my dad likes drama, like mainstream series on netflix. he got a young taste, and he often recommend series to me. he teach me what is currently popular among youngsters. he is also knowledgeable about idols, he doesn’t have any particular group that he support though, he listens to everything
reina: that’s amazing! even though everyone in 3ki struggles to keep up
nagi: when 3ki decided to do setlog, ishimori rika and nakashima yuzuki who are the eldest in our generation, gave up! they said that they can’t keep up with the youngster trend anymore! i’m sure we’ll be like that in the future too. like, i didn’t even know what setlog is! the last i knew of was a real app!
ED
nagi: so, what do you like the most about your brother?
reina: how funny he is!
nagi: so it is indeed run in the blood!
