they talked about their commute and apparently hiiro's app took her the long way around...
rei: you didn't think it was weird?
hiiro: i did! but no matter how much i looked it up, it always give the same result... so i just followed along while thinking "huh, must be a pretty hard place to reach". when i discussed about it with ozono-san calmly, only then i realize that it should've been such a close place to reach... it was a shock
rei: she herself probably doesn't realize it, but she's the queen of airheads. as we interact more in the future, i'm sure i will see more of it, which is something i look forward to
hiiro: oh noes...
hiiro: i came from saitama, and my hometown is pretty metropolitan. but when i was little, my family likes to take me to the countryside where we did camp and such. we loved to do camp in various places in saitama
rei: then what about your elementary school life?
hiiro: i started dancing when i was in first year of elementary school. i temporarily quit because of my club when i was in middle school...
rei: huh, so it wasn't a dance club?
hiiro: it was table tennis club lol
rei: that's surprising!
hiiro: i entered with a close friend
rei: wait, so you can do quick smash and such?
hiiro: yeah lol
rei: eh! what a shock! then what about high school?
hiiro: i started dancing again by joining a club, where i learned many different genres
rei: then other than dancing, what else were you into as a student?
hiiro: squeeze toys! they are popular too right now, and i saw my seniors such as nakashima-san bringing one before. but i was into it before everyone else does! I've been collecting them, and whenever a new one appears in UFO catcher game, i would play a ton with my friends. there are squeeze toys brands, the famous ones, and i really really want to get the ones this brand make and i would get a big bread one-- so big it could be a pillow. even now i have it in my home, placed in a huge cardbox along with my other collections
rei: did you use to talk about squeeze toys a lot with your friends?
hiiro: ofc we talk about a lot of things as well, such as other things that are currently trending, applying make up on each other. we learn about beauty together and like stylish things
rei: are there things that you are always sure to do every day?
hiiro: i really like to listen to music, especially western music. recently i heard from the make up artist that ozono-san likes one direction? i like them too!
rei: especially when it's summer-time...
hiiro: i get it!
rei: i just can't help but to wanting to listen to them. i make seasonal playlist, and in summer i would end up listening to one direction a lot
hiiro: i really understand that feeling... their song really have this beach! and dazzling! youth! feeling to it
rei: please tell me your recommended western songs later! let's enjoy this year's summer!
hiiro wants to form "small animals lover club" because there are many members who are also a fan of it, but rei corrected it to "mascots club" because hiiro specifically used sylvanian as example. then rei suggested that it might be fun to have a radio where the members pretend to be that mascot character...
